From April 25 to 26, 2022, after a two-day acceptance of the new version of veterinary drug GMP, 14 production lines of Qingdao Zhongren Animal Drug Co., Ltd. passed the acceptance with high scores.
This inspection and acceptance is composed of experts from provincial and municipal animal husbandry bureaus, including Li Youzhi, Chen Ling, Zhang Anyuan, metamorphic and Li Haiping. The company's chairman Zhang Shuren, executive vice president Leng Dunpeng and the main leaders of various departments participate in the inspection and acceptance.
First of all, Leng always made a detailed report on the implementation of the new version of GMP production quality management standard for veterinary drugs by Zhongren Animal Drug Co., Ltd.
Then, the leader of the expert group read out the requirements of the acceptance minutes to the participants and announced the acceptance steps and procedures.
Experts strictly follow the standards of "veterinary drug production quality management standard" (2020 edition), "veterinary drug production quality management standard inspection and acceptance method" and "veterinary drug production quality management standard inspection and acceptance evaluation standard" to the company's powder/premix, powder (including traditional Chinese medicine extraction), final sterilization small volume injection (including traditional Chinese medicine extraction)/final sterilization large volume non-intravenous injection (including traditional Chinese medicine extraction)/oral solution (including traditional Chinese medicine extraction), granules (including traditional Chinese medicine extraction)/tablets (including traditional Chinese medicine extraction), disinfectant (liquid)/insecticide (liquid), disinfectant (solid), insecticide (liquid), insecticide (solid), traditional Chinese medicine extraction (Forsythia suspensa extract) 14 production line hardware facilities, on-site management, quality control assurance, safety production personnel operation, etc. to carry out on-site inspection.
After the on-site inspection, the expert group carefully checked the production, quality, personnel, training, records, verification and other related documents and put forward valuable opinions. The company's new version of veterinary drug GMP management work was highly evaluated and affirmed, and the relevant questions were answered and guided.
After careful discussion by the expert group, the 14 production lines of Qingdao Zhongren Animal Drug Co., Ltd. were comprehensively evaluated as the new version of veterinary drug GMP qualified production lines, which met the requirements of the new version of veterinary drug production quality management standard, and successfully passed the on-site inspection and acceptance of the new version of veterinary drug GMP.
