The company was established in 2000 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, covers an area of 52600 square meters, and has more than 150 employees.

The company has long hired experts from the Institute of Oceanography of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Qingdao Agricultural University, and the Yellow Sea Fisheries Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences to form the company's expert technical team. It has a professional scientific research team and closely integrates the frontiers of scientific research and market demand. Continuous innovation in technical fields provides technical support for the sustainable development of enterprises. The company now has five R & D platforms, including Shandong Enterprise Technology Center, Shandong Fishery Medicine Engineering Technology Research Center, and Qingdao Key Laboratory of Animal Microecology and Physiological Effects, with strong R & D strength and technical reserves. The company has 7 invention patents, 18 utility model patents and 6 software copyrights. The company undertakes 6 national, provincial and ministerial-level projects such as the National Spark Plan; undertakes 4 provincial-level projects such as major special projects in Shandong Province and independent achievement transformation projects in Shandong Province; and undertakes more than 40 Qingdao-level projects. The company has established extensive technical cooperation relations with China Agricultural University, Shandong Agricultural University, Zhejiang University, Ocean University of China, Yellow Sea Fisheries Research Institute, Qingdao Dynamic Inspection Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and other scientific research institutes to ensure the company's product quality and technical status.
The company has 14 GMP production lines for veterinary drugs and 6 feed additive production lines. The four series of products produced by poultry, livestock, aquatic products and pets have been trusted and recognized by the majority of users, making "Depp" brand veterinary drugs sold all over the country. The company successfully passed the new GMP acceptance work in April 2022.
