Symptoms of 1. Swine Demodex
Swine Demodex disease generally first occurs around the eyes, nose and ear base, and then gradually spread to other parts. The pain and itching are slight, or there is no pain and itching, and only the white sacs of needle tips, rice grains and even walnuts appear at the lesion site.
The capsule contains many demodex mites, epidermal debris and pus cells. When the bacterial infection is serious, it becomes a single small abscess, which is connected into pieces after. Some suffering from pig skin thickening, unclean, uneven and covered with dander, and the occurrence of cracks.
The disease is mild or no itching, peeling is not serious, different from scabies. However, the lesions of the disease, the skin is dull, rough, the root of the hair has a needle tip, rice grains and walnut-sized white sac, or the occurrence of abscesses and pustules. Some sick pigs have thickened, uneven and covered with dander, and cracked.

For clinically suspicious pigs, squeeze the nodules or pustules on the skin, and take the contents of the smear microscopic examination found that the worm can be diagnosed.
2, class disease identification
Swine Demodex infection should be distinguished from scabies mite infection. The skin at the hairy root of the disease is swollen, the skin surface is not red and swollen, the subcutaneous tissue is not thickened, the hair removal is not serious, the silvery white dander is sticky, and the itching is not serious. When scabies, the skin at the hair root is not swollen, the hair removal is serious, the skin surface is red and there are rash-like protrusions, but the subcutaneous tissue is not thickened, there is no white scaly dandruff, but there is small yellow scab and itching.
3. Swine Demodex Treatment
1. Worm Bitai: Use one bag for 400.00 kg-500.00 kg weight for 3 days, and spray the body surface with double armour.
2. Doramectin injection, 25.00 kg-30.00 kg body weight per milliliter.
