Common tests for identifying organic acids on the market are:

Principle:
Tea contains tannic acid, groundwater, well water contains iron ions, tannic acid and iron ions to generate tannic acid iron, the solution becomes black. After the addition of acid to compete for iron, so that the solution purple black fade.
But just by color fading, can we conclude that the content of fruit acid in the organic acid is up to standard?
Of course not!
Not only organic acids, inorganic strong acids (nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid), reducing components (oxalic acid, vitamin C), EDTA, etc. can react with iron tannate to fade purple black.
Look at the following experiment.
1. Add a small amount of ferrous sulfate to the tea, and the water becomes purple-black and evenly divided into three parts. From left to right, dilute hydrochloric acid, bishui detoxification, and organic acid were added to the control group.
Witness the moment of miracle
After standing for a few minutes.
Add dilute hydrochloric acid to group A, the color has faded, clear.
After adding group B of Bishui Jiedu An, the color faded and there was flocculent precipitation at the bottom.
The organic acid added to the control group did not fade in color.
Bishui Jiedu An is a polybasic organic acid, which can effectively degrade toxic residues of harmful algae toxins, quaternary ammonium salts, heavy metal salts, bleaching powder, organic phosphorus, dyes, pyrethroids, antibiotics and other drugs.
