1. Case Details

Location: Breeding Area, Xinhu Town, Hekou District, Dongying City, Shandong Province

Breed varieties: sea cucumber

Farming area: 80 mu divided into 2 ponds with a water depth of 1.2 meters.

Description of the situation: Farmers reported that the water in both ponds was red, and there was a large amount of oil film. Sea cucumbers were also hard. Water samples were taken from the downwind. Microscopic examination found a large amount of dinoflagellate and dinoflagellate. One pond was more serious, while the other pond only had red water from the downwind.

The next day, after a large amount of water was changed in the serious pond, Bishui Jiedu An (5L) poured 20 mu per barrel, the whole pond was spilled, and Weideli poured 30 mu per box. Finally, lactic acid bacteria stock solution was poured outside 2 mu per bottle, and lactic acid bacteria were used to expand the pool, spilled at any time, controlled the ph value, and gradually pressed down dinoflagellate.

Another pond uses 2 mu of water-changing overlord per pack, splashed in the limelight, and then detoxified by clear water to supplement lactic acid bacteria.

3. effect feedback

After 2 days of treatment, the water color changed obviously, the hardening of sea cucumber gradually disappeared, and the dinoflagellate decreased significantly after taking off the wind-head water microscope.

4. case analysis

April to May every year is the peak period of dinoflagellate outbreak, especially this year. With unstable temperature and serious water pollution in the outer sea, dinoflagellate is especially easy to break out in alkaline water. With the release of dinoflagellate toxin, sea cucumbers will show stiffness, poor stretching, and vomiting of intestines after eating dinoflagellate by mistake.

Prevention Suggestions: Regularly use Weideli to change the bottom regularly, remove black mud and deodorize, prevent eutrophication at the bottom, inhibit dinoflagellate, cooperate with clear water to detoxify and safety, can detoxify algae, restore the constitution of sea cucumber, and use imported lactic acid bacteria from Zhongren to expand by itself, sprinkle once every 7-10 days, reduce ph and inhibit dinoflagellate outbreak. If some water bodies have been found to be red at the downwind, use Changshui Overlord to splash it near the downwind in time, and then use clear water to detoxify and detoxify.
