Good news! Qingdao Zhongren Animal Drug Co., Ltd. passed the feed acceptance smoothly with zero rectification.

In order to further promote the "Feed Quality and Safety Management Standard" and expand the demonstration and leading effect of benchmark enterprises in feed quality and safety management, the re-inspection of the additive premixed feed production line of Qingdao Zhongren Animal Drug Co., Ltd. and the acceptance of the solid production line of mixed feed additives were successfully held on November 4, 2021 (zero rectification was successfully passed).

A group of five experts from Qingdao Agricultural and Rural Bureau, Qingdao Agricultural products quality and Safety Center, Chengyang District Agricultural and Rural Bureau, and Jiaozhou Agricultural and Rural Bureau, in accordance with the regulations on the Administration of Feed and Feed Additives, the measures for the Administration of production licenses of Feed and Feed Additives and other relevant regulations, a comprehensive inspection and acceptance of the additive premixed feed production line and mixed feed additive solid production line of Qingdao Zhongren Animal Drug Co., Ltd. Leng Dunpeng, executive vice president of Qingdao Zhongren Animal Drug Co., Ltd., Xia Wei, vice president of quality research, Wu Tong, production manager, Ma Huixiang, director of quality inspection department, and other leaders accompanied the acceptance.

The expert group held a brief meeting. First, it conducted on-site qualification verification and random sampling assessment for department heads. Then, under the leadership of kinetic medicine leaders, it inspected the mixed feed additive production workshop, additive pre-mixed feed workshop, storage and quality inspection center on the spot. It evaluated the production equipment and facilities, process control, quality standards, finished product storage, laboratory and other aspects of the production line one by one. After the comprehensive assessment score was completed, the expert group is very recognized for this acceptance.

At the last meeting, the expert group fully affirmed the work done by Qingdao Zhongren Animal Drug Co., Ltd. in the production of additive premixed feed. After comprehensive evaluation, Qingdao Zhongren Animal Drug Co., Ltd. successfully passed the zero rectification of "additive premixed feed production license reinspection" and "mixed feed additive solid production line" with high scores.

The company has 14 GMP production lines for additive premixed feed solid production line, additive premixed feed liquid production line, mixed feed additive solid production line, mixed feed additive liquid production line, feed additive (bacterial preparation) solid production line, feed additive (bacterial preparation) liquid production line and veterinary drug products. The production of livestock, poultry, aquatic products and other products have been the trust and recognition of the majority of users.
