方案 for Improving Color Uniformity in Whiteleg Shrimp

2026-06-05

As harvest approaches, poor body coloration and severe black spots are driving down prices for Pacific white shrimp and reducing survival rates. The main causes are deficiencies in trace elements and stress from prolonged periods of overcast, rainy weather. Therefore, farmers are advised to supplement trace elements before harvesting to secure better market prices.

Recommended regimen: Apply Stress‑Relief Detoxifier and Rapid‑Replenishment Multi‑Mineral topically, and administer concentrated astaxanthin orally.

Before use, white shrimp often exhibit symptoms such as a rusty‑colored appearance, pale muscle tissue, reduced activity, and soft shells—conditions that typically occur during the major molting periods around the first and fifteenth days of the lunar month.

Subsequently, a combination of Sùbǔ Duōkuàng (3 mu/meter per bag) and Yìngjī Jiědúlíng (2 mu/meter per bag) was applied by evenly dispersing it across the entire pond in the evening. At the same time, concentrated astaxanthin was mixed into the feed (40 jin of feed per bottle) and administered for three consecutive days. Following this treatment, remarkable results were observed: the white shrimp exhibited a bright, translucent body color, their overall condition improved, and their feeding rate increased significantly.
