Pulp Fiber Speed Treatment (Experiment Report No. 1)

2026-06-05

Indicated for the treatment of duck serositis, avian septicemic colibacillosis, air sacculitis, and other conditions.

Main ingredients: gatifloxacin mesylate, diphenoxylate hydrochloride, atropine sulfate, cefoperazone, sulbactam sodium, etc.

Product Features:

1. Broad-spectrum antibacterial activity; highly effective against avian septicemic Escherichia coli and Riemerella anatipestifer, improving intestinal health and reducing the feed-to-meat conversion ratio.

2. Relieve intestinal spasms and control diarrhea.

3. It is highly effective against avian air sacculitis (mixed infection with Escherichia coli), also known as E. coli–induced air sacculitis.

Usage and Dosage: Treatment: For mixed drinking, dissolve one sachet of this product in 1,200–1,500 jin of water and administer continuously for 3–5 days. Prevention: Dissolve one sachet of this product in 1,500–2,000 jin of water and administer continuously for 3–5 days.

Method of determination: An inhibition zone diameter of 20 mm or greater is classified as extremely susceptible; 15–20 mm as highly susceptible; 10–14 mm as moderately susceptible; less than 10 mm as poorly susceptible; and 0 mm as non‑susceptible.

V. Conclusion

The isolated strains are mainly of two types, both of which are sensitive to plasmid‑mediated cephalosporin resistance.

Among the isolated strains, strain A is sensitive to neomycin sulfate soluble powder and medroxyprogesterone acetate (as evidenced by the appearance of a distinct inhibition zone on the agar plate, which is subsequently overgrown by strain B).
