Description: From July 2, silver carp began to die. By July 6, the number of deaths per day had reached more than 100, mainly silver carp. The water quality of the pond was basically normal, and the activities of carp were normal. The initial diagnosis was bacterial hemorrhagic disease of silver carp.
Treatment Scheme
External pouring: on the first day, pour concentrated glutaraldehyde solution (3 mu/bottle)➕Benzalkonium bromide solution (3 mu/bottle), poured with gold iodine (8 mu/bottle) the next day➕Wuhuang Jiedu Liquid (3 mu/bottle), detoxification and water transfer in time after the situation is controlled to prevent recurrence.
Internal: enrofloxacin➕Gangdan Kangtai➕Bleeding stop mixed bran feeding for a week
Effect feedback
After two disinfection, the death of silver carp gradually decreased. Four days later, the hemorrhage was basically controlled, and the death rate was controlled within ten. After detoxification and water transfer, there was no recurrence within half a month.
Case analysis

Cationic molecules bind to proteins through surfactants, and after binding, they gather on the cell wall, destroy the cell wall, and cause bacterial growth inhibition and death. Benzalkonium bromide can change the permeability of the membrane, causing lysis, resulting in bacterial lysis and death. The combination of the two reduces the corrosiveness and irritation of aldehydes, and improves the bactericidal effect, which has a good therapeutic effect on bacterial hemorrhage.
