Job Description:

1. Responsibilities:

(1) Responsible for technical support and customer maintenance in the area under its jurisdiction, and complete sales targets.

(2) Maintain and serve existing customers, be responsible for liaison and communication, introduce the key points of the company's products, and cooperate with customers to do a good job in market development.

(3) to open up new markets and new customers, expand the company's brand in the local visibility.

(4) Work location: Shandong, Jiangsu, Hubei, Guangxi, Guangdong, Fujian, Anhui, Liaoning and other places.

2. Job Requirements

(1) Professional requirements: animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, animal medicine and other related majors.

(2) Love the animal husbandry industry, bear hardships and stand hard work, and are willing to work at the grassroots level.

(3) Excellent academic performance, good communication and cooperation spirit.

(4) Good health and no infectious diseases.

(5) Three good students, Party members or student cadres are preferred.

3. Compensation and Benefits

1. Salary: basic salary, performance salary, bonus subsidy, Man Qin Prize, communication subsidy, year-end bonus.

(1) Internship probation salary

① Junior College graduates: basic salary 2800 yuan/month, subsidy 50 yuan/day

② Undergraduate graduates: basic salary 3000 yuan/month, subsidy 50 yuan/day

③ Master's degree: basic salary 4000 yuan/month, subsidy 100 yuan/day

(2) Official post-employment remuneration

② Undergraduate graduates: basic salary 3500 yuan, performance salary subsidy 100 yuan/day.

Prospects: sales elite or product promotion manager, technical service expert, group technical manager, annual salary above 150000 yuan.

③ Master's degree: basic salary 5000 yuan, performance salary subsidy 150 yuan/day.

Prospects: sales elite or product trainer, veterinary director, technical director, annual salary above 300000 yuan.
